A visit to Schönbrunn Palace and its park is an unforgettable experience for both first-time visitors and Vienna lovers.

Highlights of Your Private Guided Palace Tour
We’ll immerse ourselves in the lavish world of the Habsburgs, beginning with the fascinating history of Schönbrunn Palace. Afterward, I’ll personally guide you through the Bel Etage, where we’ll explore the opulent state rooms.
At Schönbrunn Palace, you can choose from several guided tour options:
- Highlight Tour (Recommended!): This exclusive tour is available only with a private guide and takes you through the East Wing, featuring 20 rooms, including the state rooms and private apartments of Maria Theresa and Franz I Stephan of Lorraine.
- Palace Tour: This comprehensive tour spans both the West and East Wings of the palace and includes a total of 40 rooms.
Highlights of the “Highlight Tour” and/or the “Palace Tour” include, among others, the stunning Great Gallery, the Chinese Cabinets, and the Ceremonial Hall. You’ll also see the room of Napoleon II, Napoleon’s son, who spent his youth here, and learn why the "Millions Room" received its extraordinary name. In the Gobelin Salon, we’ll admire exquisite Brussels tapestries, and in the “Rich Room”, we’ll see the only preserved state bed of the Viennese court.
The private guided tour continues into the palace gardens, where the bright and “dark alleys,” the intricate Broderie Parterre, splendid statues, the Obelisk, and the mysterious Roman Ruin are sure to amaze. We’ll also see the Gloriette, majestically perched above the park, and discover the impressive Neptune Fountain.
The private guided tour concludes in the palace park, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Gloriette Hill and enjoy breathtaking views of the palace and the city.

Recommendation:
Combine this private guided tour with my exclusive tour of the Imperial Carriage Museum, where you can marvel at the magnificent imperial carriages and sleds while learning about the “fleet management” of the monarchy.
